The Vertex

The Vertex is the Scandinavian-modern take on our 1,001-square-foot 3-bedroom platform. Three real bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the smallest sq-ft 3BR in our lineup that doesn’t feel small — because the design choices make every square foot work harder.

The kitchen anchors the home.
