The Dallas is a 758-square-foot park model — 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ANSI A119.5 certified. It mixes two styles most builders keep separate: coastal-modern (navy accents, vaulted white ceilings) and southwestern-warm (walnut wood island, patterned-tile backsplash). The result reads more residential than typical park-model RVs.
Outside, the body splits between dark-grey board-and-batten siding on the bedroom end and white horizontal lap on the gable end, with a covered white front porch carrying a shaker-style triangular truss accent. Modern black horizontal-cable railing between white posts. White front door with sidelight transom. Substantial landscaping on display — concrete steps with railings, manicured shrubs, and grass surround. The mixed-material exterior is a step up from single-color park-model siding.
Inside, the living room sits behind a French-door style entry with a sidelight. White shaker built-ins flank the front, a tan-and-navy upholstered seating arrangement centers the room, and a light-grey decorative beam crosses the vaulted white ceiling under the crown moulding band.
